A hedge prayer for fishermen, watermen, and all those in South American Countries whose livelihood means working on the waters off Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, or Argentina. Because this guy to the right – and his boss – have decided that murdering people, with or without due cause, or even evidence that points to reasonable doubt, is just fine and dandy and makes the United States seem “tough.”
Lord God, place your hedge of protection around all those fishermen and sailors in South America. Keep them safe from the bloodthirsty designs of Donald Trump and his military leaders who have clearly shown their disdain for the sanctity of life by unilaterally murdering at least 66 people with no evidence whatsoever to support their flimsy excuses or poor attempts to justify their barbarous behavior. As you protect those who must find themselves on the waters off South American coasts, hedge in these war criminals who have shown themselves to have no honor whatsoever. Amen.
