It only takes a quick glance at this tweet that Donald Trump posted this afternoon to realize how absolutely necessary it is to prayer a hedge prayer of containment concerning his apparent out of control rage and violence:
Righteous and just God, please – PLEASE – hedge Donald Trump into such a small box of thorns that he can only be allowed to move impotently into some kind of set apart corner of reality – one that perhaps matches the apparent mental dysfunction he exhibits almost constantly. Contain him Lord; contain Pete Hegseth, other leaders, military and other agency personnel who seem hell bent on indiscriminate killing all over the world. Jesus, if we ever needed you to move in a powerful and clear way to contain this man’s evil, it appears we are there. Amen.
